Safe, sustainable housing is a luxury for BIPOC, LGBTQ+, disabled, and displaced families. Traditional development leaves residents as perpetual "tenants," paying for land and utilities they'll never own.

The current market offers no path to collective ownership or climate resilience for marginalized communities.

Our Solution

A Cooperative Micro-City on 40 acres in Conejos County, Colorado where residents are stewards of their own destiny.

The Greenstead Enclave: Worker-owned infrastructure, renewable energy sovereignty, and a fixed all-inclusive cost of $500/month.

The Plan: Two Phases, One Vision

PHASE 1 โ€ข IMMEDIATE

The Surface City

20 acres of above-ground resilience: Tiny home clusters, RV transitional housing, community gardens, and a 2-acre makerspace fabrication district.

This phase establishes immediate housing and a sustainable revenue model through a managed RV park and community-supported agriculture.

Timeline: 6-12 months after blueprint completion

PHASE 2 โ€ข FUTURE VISION

The Underground Sanctuary

20 acres of climate-resilient innovation: A groundbreaking subterranean village inspired by Whittier, Alaska.

Geothermal-stabilized living, industrial-scale snowmelt capture (1M+ gallons annually), and capacity for 800 sunlit underground units.

The "Downtown": Community healthcare, library, and trauma-informed crisis centers in a protected, energy-efficient environment.
